Food security became more important than ever with the prolonged COVID-19 maneuver. EGG secured over 10M USD investment from several Korean companies including the country’s leading ‘impact fund’ in Oct. 2020. The Company has been receiving purchase orders from many customers in key regions totaling 100M USD volume by 2023. To meet increasing order volume, the Company has been raising capital and closed the round recently amid Covid pandemic situation. With successful closing, EGG plans to expand its operation mainly in China and North America region to meet customers demand more quickly.

Recently EGG got purchase orders of 35 million of MCTs from big farmers’ associations for seed farming in 2020 and it will generate $60 million of sales revenue. These potato farms have tried EGG’s seed for last couple of years.
